A time to explore what support might look like for you. This one-to-one meeting is a gentle starting point, a chance for us to meet, talk through what’s bringing you here, and see if I’m the right fit for your next steps. We’ll look at what’s been feeling heavy, where you’re feeling stuck, or what you’re hoping to reconnect with in yourself or your relationships. There’s no pressure to dive into anything before you’re ready. At the moment, my books are closed for new client appointments. 🕊 Duration: 50 minutes
